This image is from a walk way at the child’s garden, colorful and imperfect…just like life.  There are blue days, and sunny yellow days, and stuff in between.  A pathway, defined so that people will all go this way and avoid the grass, the garden.

I like the idea of taking that colorful, popular path at times. But life isn’t really like that, is it?

It’s unique to each of us. Many of us may be going in the same direction, but taking very different paths, some paved, others not, some of us blazing trails of our own in new territory.

Wherever you are this day, may your journey be peaceful and filled with purpose.

  1. We are a lot like snowflakes and this path, no two exactly the same. It makes life interesting and frustrating, exciting and sad, and a journey worth living. Thank you for sharing your insights and photography! 🙂

  2. What lovely colors – so bright and cheerful! Who wouldn't want to follow that path? And your words are so meaningful, speaking to the paths that each of us are on – perhaps walking side by side; perhaps going in different directions but each of us making out way.

  3. Gives a whole new meaning to "yellow brick road"! What a glorious path to follow: that of child-like hope, love, and play…

  4. I love the way you wrote this, so true. Espcially liked the blazing trail line, ha that is what it feels like at times. What a great image to go with this and how wonderful for kids to make a colorful path for people to walk on.

  5. Beautiful path. Love your words, so true that everyone has their own path to tread. I always like to take in a bit of garden too. 🙂
